Orange County Recycling Market Development Zone (OCRMDZ)

The Orange County Recycling Market Development Zone (OC RMDZ) is an economic development program that utilizes the growing supply of recyclable materials to fuel new businesses, expand existing ones, create jobs, and divert waste from landfills.
