Rental Office Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Visit the rental office or email the completed forms to [email protected]. Upon acceptance of the completed reservation (including all completed forms), Staff will send information on payment instructions. Payment will be due within 24 hours. If payment is not received, the reservation will be cancelled.
Download Security Guard Information - Security is required for all events serving alcohol at the expense of the applicant.
Events Serving Alcohol:
Any group or individual charging a fee for alcohol or charging a fee for entrance to the event and serving alcohol must obtain a one day ABC permit from the State of California Alcohol Beverage Control Department. Contact the ABC for further information.
