Rental Office Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Visit the rental office or email the completed forms to [email protected].  Upon acceptance of the completed reservation (including all completed forms), Staff will send information on payment instructions.  Payment will be due within 24 hours.  If payment is not received, the reservation will be cancelled.

Security Guard Information - Security is required for all events serving alcohol at the expense of the applicant.

Events Serving Alcohol:
Any group or individual charging a fee for alcohol or charging a fee for entrance to the event and serving alcohol must obtain a one day ABC permit from the State of California Alcohol Beverage Control Department. Contact the ABC for further information.

The Harbour View Clubhouse is located in the northwest portion of the City of Huntington Beach at 16600 Saybrook Lane, south of Heil Avenue. The facility includes a complete kitchen, cleaning supplies, and men's and women's restrooms. The facility is approximately 1800 square feet and the main room is 28' x 52'.

Dates may not be held by phone and you cannot be placed on a waiting list.

Full payment (Rental Fee, Deposit, and Insurance) is required at time of reservation.

Acceptable forms of payment are cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.

Sunday - Saturday: 8:00 am - 10:00 pm

Closed on Holidays
No reservations will be accepted for legal holidays observed by the City of Huntington Beach.
