Report Pollution

Federal, state, and local laws, including Huntington Beach’s Municipal Code prohibit the dumping or discharge of pollutants, including non-stormwater runoff to the storm drain system. City staff actively investigate reports of stormwater pollution. Be part of the solution to stormwater pollution and help keep our channels, creeks and ocean clean. Residents and businesses are encouraged to report incidents of pollutions through the City’s online reporting tool.

To report pollution, please submit an online Service Request under the Storm Drain Non-Emergency option.
