Citizens of Huntington Beach who do not wish to pay the convenience fee can still come to our Records Bureau counter.
Our counter is open from 8:00 A.M - 5:00 P.M. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
And from 8:00 A.M. to noon on Saturday and Sunday
The Records Bureau counter is CLOSED on Mondays, Fridays and HOLIDAYS
