Construction and Demolition Debris Requirements

Chapters 4 and 5 of the 2016 CALGreen require that applicants recycle and/or salvage for reuse a minimum of 65% of the non-hazardous construction and demolition waste in accordance within this code.

Applicants shall only use debris boxes from Rainbow Disposal. By utilizing the services of one franchised hauler, the City of Huntington Beach pro-actively manages the waste generated in the city to ensure our compliance with the State of California Integrated Waste Management Act.
