The Community Development Department was recognized by SolSmart for its engagement in the SolSmart program by making it faster, cheaper and easier to go solar. In addition, SolSmart wanted to honor the department for its hard work and leadership to reduce soft costs and barriers to going solar. The solar application process is streamlined, making it lucrative for residents to add solar to their property.
