Communications Committee

Purpose

To coordinate and monitor activities related to the City's government access channel - HBTV-3 (formerly known as PCTA), media relations, special events, electronic newsletters/alerts, website, social media sites, and public relations.

Background

The City established the Communications Committee to ensure effective and efficient messaging efforts are coordinated in a proactive manner.  The group meets monthly to discuss ongoing media relations efforts, event planning, and to review programming for the City's government access channel - HBTV-3.

Meeting Times and Dates

The Communications Committee meets monthly on Zoom on the 4th Tuesday of the month at 3:30pm.
