Project SummaryThe project involves a proposal to demolish the existing liquor store and part of the carwash and construct a four-story mixed-use development (48 condominium units and 891 sq. ft. of  street level retail) with three levels of subterranean parking on a 0.955 acre site.

The project was denied by the Planning Commission at the June 11, 2019 meeting.  An appeal of the Planning Commission's decision has been filed.  The City Council continued the appeal from the August 19, 2019 meeting to the September 3, 2019 meeting.  At the September 3, 2019 meeting, the City Council voted to deny the appeal of the Planning Commission's decision.
