Join the City of Huntington Beach in celebrating Earth Day 2022 by participating in the Annual Earth Day Cleanup Event on Saturday, April 16 from 9am to noon! This is a day where we come together as a community on an international scale to clean our beaches, parks, and waterways.

Volunteer for the Annual Earth Day Cleanup Event

Joining the cleanup is easy:

  1. Choose the location you want to join
    1. Beach Location (21579 Pacific Coast Hwy)
      1. Near Zacks Too, Free Parking with mention of event
    2. Barlett Park (19822 Beach Blvd)
      1. Behind Mothers Market, Free Parking
  2. Print and complete the waiver and bring to the cleanup (WAIVER)
  3. Gather the supplies that you will need to bring with you (think reusable)
    1. 3 or 5 gallon buckets are ideal
    2. Reusable gloves, the one for gardening or doing the dishes work well
    3. Reusable water bottles are always good to have
    4. Don’t forget to wear comfortable shoes, a hat and sunscreen,
  4. As always, use public transportation, walk, bike, or carpool to the cleanup!
