A draft amendment to the Housing Element is now available for public review. On November 4, 2019, the City Council directed staff to prepare a draft Housing Element Amendment and pursue certification from the State Department of Housing and Community Development in order to become eligible to receive State SB2 funding, which can be used toward the City’s homelessness response programs.
