eBill is a program for AutoPay customers only which allows a customer to receive their monthly Municipal Services (Utility) Statement and inserts by e-mail. The customer can elect to continue to receive their hard copy "paper" statement or can go completely green and turn off the hard copy statement. Since their account is on Automatic payment they don't need to make any additional payment arrangements. If a customer has deleted their e-mail and needs a copy of their statement, they can e-mail us and request which Statement you want resent. You need to be registered for the eBill program and have your complete account number in order to complete this request.
