The Development Assistance Team (DAT) helps businesses and developers with the development permit processing for large, commercial projects. If you have a concern or suggestion relative to the development review process (entitlements, zoning review, development plans, plan check, building permits, etc.), or are considering a major project, then an appointment with DAT can be arranged.
This committee is comprised of key staff from all City departments involved in the development permit process.
To schedule a DAT appointment call (714) 536-5271. DAT meets every Thursday at 10:00 am.
