| The above narcotics were found after a search of a transient found trashpicking. The subject had methamphetamine (speed), marijuanna buds and leaves, valium and various other narcotics paraphernalia. She was also found to be under the influence of speed. Trash digging is not only illegal in HB but is also a security risk. Many people pretend that they are trash digging for recyclables when they are actually looking for discarded bank, credit card or other financial statements in order to commit fraud. |

| This motorcycle gave up and laid his bike down at the intersection of Beach and Edinger after an 8 minute pursuit throughout the city. The driver was under the influence of alcohol and had outstanding warrants for his arrest. |
