Bids and RFPs

The City of Huntington Beach purchases and contracts for a wide variety of supplies, services, equipment, and expert assistance to provide our community a full range of municipal services, and programs. To do business with the city, please fill out the vendor application. In general, public works construction projects including design consultants are the responsibility of the Public Works department.  The Purchasing Division is responsible for centralized procurement of goods and technical or maintenance services, and city departments may advertise for and select consultants.

The city is continually seeking vendors, suppliers, and contractors who can provide quality products and services at competitive prices. This site contains brief descriptions of current bid and contract opportunities.  For more information about a bid please download the appropriate file.

If you are responding from our Website, you must notify the appropriate buyer which is listed in the RFQ or RFP. This is to notify the bidder of any addendums that may occur during the bidding process.
