The Annual Green Forum event, “The Night of Water” this year is focusing on water conservation will be occurring Thursday, September 24, 2015 from 5:30-10pm at the Shorebreak Hotel. This night will be composed of live music, networking, cocktail hour, water conservation themed art showcase, business recognition and a keynote speaker. This year’s speaker is A G Kawamura who is the former California Secretary of Agriculture, Co-chair of Solutions form the Land, Board Member of the American Farmland and many more accolades that support his knowledge about the water issues we are currently facing.
For the Green Expo event occurring Saturday, September 26, 2015 from 10:30am-3pm, under the solar panels at City Hall! New this year we will have food trucks, a donation station (shredding, e-waste, household item drop off), Pedal Plaza (everything bikes including a bike valet, tune up station and bike safety by HBPD), educational performances, family fun zone, shopping, electric vehicles and much more!
