The City of Huntington Beach’s Bicycle Master Plan is underway and the first public meeting is Wednesday, June 20th, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Central Library’s Talbert Room, 7111 Talbert Avenue.
We will have lots of illustrative information describing the kinds of features that could be part of a bicycle system. We need local residents’ knowledge to help us craft a plan to make the City a more bike-friendly place. The bike planning consultants and City staff will be on hand to answer your questions and help you record your comments on large aerial photo maps.
You can also help by filling out an on-line survey at: http://huntingtonbeachbikeplan.com/
For more information, please contact the Public Works Department at (714) 536-5431. Thanks for contributing to the plan.
