Reservations are made in person at the Community Services Department on the 5th floor of the Huntington Beach Civic Center (2000 Main St) and are on a first come, first served basis. All other rentals must be made at least three (3) weeks in advance or up to one (1) year ahead. Dates may not be held by phone. Full payment is required at the time of reservation. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. The rental rates are as follows:

NOTES:
Regulations
- The restrooms located at the clubhouse remain open to the public.
- A custodian will meet you at the facility. The doors will be unlocked at your designated start time, and will be locked at the end of your rental time.
- The facility must be cleaned by the time specified on the application. If the facility is not cleaned by the time specified, the deposit may be forfeited.
- This facility has street parking only. Street sweeping is performed on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday's of each month from 8am-noon. Parking is not permitted during that time. There are no exceptions.
- Scrub brush for cleaning the grills is included.
- Please use only painter's tape (no staples, nails or tacks) when applying decorations. Confetti is not allowed inside or outside the facility. All decorations and tape must be removed before your departure.
- Amplified sound is not permitted at Huntington Beach public parks.
- The BBQ area can be rented separately from the clubhouse. The clubhouse and BBQ may be occupied simultaneously by different groups.
- Enclosed tents are not permitted at any Huntington Beach public park. 10'x10' pop-up canopies are permitted.
- The surrounding park is not reservable and remains available to the public on a first come, first served basis.
- The tables (not including the grill area) may be used on a first come, first served basis if they are not already reserved.
- The electrical outlets may not be used to power inflatable jumpers.
Closed on Holidays
Facilities are not available on the following holidays: Easter, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Day, New Year's Eve and Day.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event date will incur a $10 cancellation fee. The $5 alcohol filing fee will not be refunded at any time. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to event will forfeit all fees.
Change of Reservation Policy
Please make changes in person at least 7 days prior to event. All changes will incur a $10 change of reservation fee plus additional hours, etc. Additional fees are due at the time of change.
Nonprofit Rentals
*To obtain nonprofit rates, proof of nonprofit status must be presented at the time of reservation. Acceptable forms of proof are:
