City of Huntington Beach Parks
The Huntington Beach Fire Department charges for emergency medical services and ambulance transportation. However, residents can join the FireMed Program and protect their out-of-pocket costs! Read more about the FireMed Program.
There are 75 parks and public facilities, totaling 753.89 acres, 190 playground apparatus, and irrigation systems. In addition to the 753.89 acres of parkland, the city also has 150 acres of public beach.
