Sand bags and sand are available at the city Corporate Yard at 17371 Gothard Street for Huntington Beach residents. Please bring a photo ID or current utility bill to show proof of residency. The Corporate Yard will be open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and may extend the hours depending on circumstances. There is a 20 bag limit and residents will be required to provide a shovel and fill their own sandbags. For specific hours of operation, call 714-960-8861.

Elderly and/or disabled residents may call the HB Fire Department CERT line at 714-536-5974 and leave message to have sandbags delivered by volunteers at a later date. Recipients will be required to sign a waiver stating that the CERT volunteers are not liable for any flooding that may occur due to the placement of the sandbags.
